How to raise a complaint

- Include your name, contact details, a description of the issue and any photographs or documents that help us understand it.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We will investigate and aim to resolve the complaint, and reply in writing, within 30 days of receiving it. If we need more information, we will tell you and the period runs from when we receive it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline or approach the consumer commission that has jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. For complaints about the handling of your personal data, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, after using the process above.
